Neues zum Asymmetry 5.0

The fifth edition of the festival will be accompanied by the Asymmetry Convention – an event combining the best elements of a science conference, fair event and a meeting of the people of culture. The music stage of the Convention will hold a showcase of bands from Estonia, Ukraine and Poland. Asymmetry Festival 5.0 will take place between May 2 – 4, 2012 in the Wroclaw Centennial Hall, Poland.

The festival and Asymmetry Convention are a project of the architecture of tomorrow; a project creating the future of music and culture. A meeting, which will connect the values of Eastern and Western Europe via the universal music of the contemporary times – music. It will hold performances by extraordinary figures of rock and metal music, hip-hop and jazz. Among these – respected stars and debutants, classic individuals of the genre and special projects. The programme of the Festival and Convention undergoes constant expansion. On request of the audience, the performance by Von Magnet was included to the main line-up. Conditions for attending the workshops by Eraldo Bernocchi and Balázs Pándi will be announced soon. The work on setting up a small stage, which will host a part of the artists in the form of unannounced, improvised shows, is commencing.
