Zwei Alben - das selbstbetitelte Debüt von 2002 und "A Beautiful Lie" von 2005 (Re-Release 2007) - haben 30 SECONDS TO MARS bis dato ihrer Plattenfirma Virgin auf den Tisch gelegt. Doch ein dritter, vierter und fünfter Longplayer stehen noch immer aus, obwohl diese laut dem 1999er-Vertrag schon erbracht werden hätten müssen.
Das ehemalige Label (30 SECONDS TO MARS kündigten den Vertrag mit Juli) hat jetzt juristische Schritte eingeleitet und verklagt Jared Leto & Co. auf 30 Millionen US-Dollar. "

Auch die Gerüchte um einen Bandsplit verwirft der Frontmann: "
